Breaking News: "Summit" Rejects Moving Route In PSC Filing
Also: "TEA Party"-Style Rally planned for June 2nd @ Noon
In preparation for the June 2nd, 2023 Public Service Commission hearing regarding the route of the Summit Carbon Solutions CO2 pipeline, the company has submitted a 15-page document declaring that they cannot move the route.
Summit had previously announced to the media they were looking at a “southern route”.
