PSC Sets Date To Decide Local vs. State Control Dispute
Public Service commission will hear oral arguments and potentially decide whether it will supersede the ordinance and siting power of local governments.
On December 21st, 2023 the North Dakota Public Service Commission will hold a hearing regarding the request by Summit Carbon Solutions’ request to declare Burleigh and Emmons County’s ordinances related to pipelines to be superseded.
