PSC To Take Up Reconsideration; Rally Planned
North Dakota regulators agree to reconsider while South Dakota denies permits.
Since the last update in August, there have been many twists and turns in the saga of the Summit Carbon Solutions carbon dioxide pipeline. The most recent update is that the North Dakota Public Service Commission (PSC) voted 2-1 to accept Summit’s petition to reconsider. This means that the PSC will consider Summit’s revised documents and maps.
