Last year, in November, I wrote about how the company Summit Carbon Solutions was emphatically declaring to government regulators that the CO2 piped from Iowa and South Dakota would NOT go to EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery), and would go for storage only - because the 45Q tax credit for storage is higher than that for EOR.
