South Dakota Citizens Submit SB201 Referral Signatures
Approximately 28,000 signatures were submitted in Pierre yesterday, with 18,000 valid signatures needed to freeze SB 201 and force a public vote on repeal. Meanwhile, Iowa approves pipeline.
