Are Pipeline Supporters Misleading Government Officials?
Claims in email from company seem to contradict statements made by federal regulators and experts testifying in PSC hearing with the goal of convincing local governments to stop fighting.
It was brought to my attention yesterday that an email has gone out to public officials trying to scare them into thinking they should not challenge the ability of the Public Service Commission (PSC) to override the ordinances of the counties and township. This is the subject of the upcoming PSC hearing where that will be discussed and decided.
