Voters overturn South Dakota's legislative attempts to strip counties of local control powers that have blocked the Public Utilities Commission from approving the Summit Carbon Solutions CO2 Pipeline.

Over the last 9 months, the efforts of the grassroots activists in South Dakota to protect private property rights and push back against the Green Agenda have been successful.
